New FLASHSOLID Endmill Lines

Highlights

ISCAR is expanding the FLASHSOLID tool family with two series of endmills (4 and 5 flute).
These new endmills are designed with variable flutes for chatter dampening and are PVD coated with oxidation resistance for prolonged tool life.

The introduction of these products significantly expands the range of solid endmills, offering a large assortment of competitively priced tools in diverse lengths, neck relief and radius options for the entire range of diameters (.125”-1.00”).

The 4 flute endmills are coated with VS910, a multilayer TiAlCN coating for high speed operations, intended for semi-dry or dry machining of cast iron and nickel-based high temperature alloys.

The 5 flute endmills are coated with V910, a TiAlCN coating for machining under dry and wet conditions, excellent for high and low machining rates of alloy steel.

The new series of tools feature an over-center cutting edge.
